To effectively navigate the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ, Baltimore's (UMB) Performance Management Program (PMP) online evaluation system, please follow these steps:

Accessing the PMP Platform:

1. Log in using your UMB credentials.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard.

Accessing Your Evaluation:

1. Select the Dashboard link from the Landing Page.
2. Click on the My Evaluations tab, select your current evaluation (e.g., "My 2024 Evaluation").
3. Review the evaluation completed by your supervisor.

Optional Self-Evaluation:

You may choose, or may be requested by your supervisor, to complete a self-evaluation.

1. Select the Dashboard link from the Landing Page.
2. Click on the My Evaluations tab, select the Self-Evaluation
3. Complete each section, ensuring you Save your progress.
4. Submit the self-evaluation for your supervisor's review.

Providing Comments:

Before the Evaluation Meeting:

• If you wish to comment on your evaluation completed by your supervisor prior to the evaluation meeting, select Yes when prompted.
• Enter your comments in the provided signature text box and submit them to your supervisor.

After the Evaluation Meeting:

• Following the discussion with your supervisor, you may add final comments in the system before signing.

Signing the Evaluation:

• After the evaluation meeting and adding final comments, proceed to the Signatures
• Sign the evaluation to acknowledge your review and discussion. Note: Your signature confirms participation but does not imply agreement.
• Once signed, the evaluation status will change to Reviewed and Signed.
• You can log on any time to review your evaluation(s).

Setting Operational Objectives and Learning Goals:

• After the evaluation phase, your supervisor will meet with you to establish objectives and goals for the upcoming cycle.
• Access and review these under the Operational Objectives and Learning Goals links on your dashboard.
