CRM Recruit will be undergoing maintenance by the vendor beginning at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 24 through 8:00 a.m., Thursday, June 25. Though this maintenance window spans 12 hours, UMB's downtime should be limited to 2-3 hours within this period. The application will be unavailable to admin users and applicants during this time.

The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) will be migrating the network connections between our new campus core switches and the core distribution switches at School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy, and School of Law on Friday, June 26th, 2026, between 8:00pm and 9:00pm. A minimal disruption is possible as connections are migrated to the new switches.

The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) would like to inform instructors, students, and educational technology staff that the multimedia discussion platform VoiceThread, which is integrated with Blackboard, will be retired at the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ, Baltimore (UMB). The campus-wide license for VoiceThread will end June 30, 2026, after which it will no longer be available for campus-wide use.
