Nicole Palmore serves as executive director of the Office of Employee and Organizational Success. She previously served as director of diversity, inclusion, and intercultural learning at the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ School of Nursing and worked for four years as a senior organization and employee development consultant with UMB Human Resource Services. Nicole joined UMB in 2016 and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University and a Master of Social Work degree from UMB, a master’s certificate in instructional design, and a second master’s certificate in Intercultural Leadership from UMB.
