Courtney Cohen is a fourth-year BSN student at the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ. She completed her pre-nursing studies at the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ, College Park in College Park, MD. Currently, Courtney serves as the President of the NSNA chapter on the Universities of Shady Grove Campus, the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ Association of Student Nurses (UMANS), and she also serves as a Peer Academic Leader. Courtney works as a student nurse in a Cardiac Medical ICU in Washington, D.C., and volunteers with healthcare initiatives to support underserved populations. As a USGA member, Courtney aims to represent nursing students' perspectives, foster a supportive environment, and enhance student engagement through interprofessional collaboration. When Courtney is not busy studying, she enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and testing out new recipes.
