Yes, there is the current pay per ride option which will increase from $1.75 to $2.00 Fall 2026 and a monthly pass program being developed.

Safe Ride and Safe Walk  (to be renamed) will operate the same time and within the same boundaries as before. Enhancements to the program include:

  • Increased number of vans with ADA accessibility
  • Dedicated staff
  • Technology enhancements that include
    • Dash Cameras
    • UMB Swipe System
    • Customer Rating Software
    • On Demand Route Software with real time tracking and push notifications
    • Designated pick up locations on campus

Yes, there is a bike rack for added convenience.
