Bruce joined UMB's Office of Philanthropy in March 2025. Prior to UMB, he was the Associate Director of Foundation Relations at the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ, Baltimore County. He also served as Director of Foundation Relations and Communications at Guttman Community College/CUNY in New York.
