To be considered fully vaccinated, you should be 2 weeks from your second dose of mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) or 4 weeks from the single dose of J&J vaccine. If you are not at that time yet, then you have more of a chance to become contagious with exposure to the virus. The vaccines themselves do not have the virus in it and you are not contagious with any vaccination, it is from getting exposed to other people who have the virus.
