The risk of being contagious (with Covid) is greatly reduced after full vaccination. But that does not mean you cannot become contagious (basically you have to think about what activities will give you a high exposure to the virus). So, there are some simple preventive measures the are still recommended to make it safe for the population. Here is what you CAN do, when fully vaccinated:
Visit with unvaccinated people (including children) from a single household who are at low risk for severe COVID-19 disease indoors without wearing masks or physical distancing
Participate in outdoor activities and recreation without a mask, except in certain crowded settings and venues (for densely crowded events there is a high risk that you will be exposed to unvaccinated people and so we recommend everyone wear masks if this is an outdoor event, if this is an indoor event then avoid it)
