I work in an office with only one other person. We have both tested positive for Covid. We are both asymptomatic. Is it safe for us to work together since we both already have it and both feel fine? We keep the door locked, we don't see anyone else, our office doesn't share space (hallways, elevators etc) with anyone else. It's just the two of us in a room.

If you truly do not have any other contacts with any others than you are both effectively maintaining quarantine. However, you need to consider whether you have household contacts, are exposing yourself while in public (e.g., during the commute to work or elevator ride to the office, etc.), or have any other potential linkages with others. The quarantine is to keep the virus from spreading and for you both to continue to go to work, that is not the best plan for ensuring that the virus is contained.
