I began exhibiting COVID symptoms 5 days ago, tested 4 days ago with a positive test result. I am on day five of my recovery and feeling pretty good. Yesterday, my day 4, my wife had a fever of 100.1. Today, she tested positive. Am I at risk of being re-infected and should isolate from her? For context, we've both had every vaccination since they have been offered by our respective manufacturers of vaccines.

You likely transmitted your infection to your wife. You are not likely to acquire re-infection back from your wife and there is no need to isolate from her. However, you should maintain masking if you were to venture into the public and you should try to minimize your times in public to reduce the risk of further transmitting the virus in your community.
