I tested positive for COVID upon which my wife subsequently tested positive and took PAXLOVID. We both eventually tested negative after which her symptoms returned and she tested positive. I have continued to test negative. Do I need to isolate from her to insure I don't get reinfected?

Due to your very recent Covid infection, I believe you do not need to isolate from your wife while she is recovering from her Covid infection. Your wife is experiencing “Covid rebound” with the Paxlovid, which is a common occurrence and much less severe than if the Covid had not been treated.
