My wife and I both tested positive. She is on day six from exhibiting symptoms. I am on day one. her symptoms are dwindling but I am exhibiting symptoms difference from the symptoms my wife exhibited. can we isolate together\sleep in the same bed?

You may choose to isolate separately but I would still extend your wife’s period of isolation to match your last day of isolation (even though she may feel well, she may still be infectious), so there is not much benefit in sleeping apart unless either of you might gain better rest.  You both should continue to wear well-fitting face masks (e.g., KN95 mask) when in indoor public spaces for at least 2 weeks after your date of testing positive.
