My family is infected with Covid and have been exposed in the same house; I'm obese so I got a prescription for Paxlovid if I started showing symptoms. I am young but also obese and just had an infection; I have bad anxiety, so when I started having a hacking cough at night, I decided to take a dose. I've taken one daily dose(night and morning), and I'm concerned maybe I shouldn't be taking it as after three days of home tests I'm still negative, and it makes sense I will stay negative if on an anti-viral. Looking for some expert advice. thanks

With your recent history of infection and negative rapid antigen test, it is less likely that you are infected. It would be best practice for your family members to wear well-fitting face masks when sharing common rooms and to improve the ventilation of the indoor air spaces.
