My spouse tested positive for covid last Monday. He has isolated for 5 days and is now home. Do I need to wear a mask when I'm around him if he is not wearing one? And for how many days? He is symptom free and had a mild case, but is still testing faintly positive

Your husband is the one that needs to wear a mask; the mask is to blocking his infectious breath. If his test is still positive, then he is still infectious.  You can improve the indoor air through ventilation (open windows) and filtration (HEPA filtering the air).
