I contracted Covid when it first came out in the US. To this day, I still have breathing problems and chest pains. I have been and I am still going into a pulmonary specialist getting routine CT scans and breathing test. I've been to the heart doctor. Everybody says everything is fine. I have recently as of today tested positive for Covid again I still have a hard time breathing from the first time having Covid over two years ago and I am scared and don't know what to expect to come out of it this time. Does anyone out there have any information? Any reason in any thing that can hold anything that will anything to fix my breathing issues to help my breathing issues. I cannot exercise to keep in shape and to be flexible and to be a healthy person to make me a longer life because I cannot over stress myself because I have a hard time breathing. Please help if you can. When I first went to my doctors, I said this is a result from having Covid. All of my doctors kept telling me no now all of a sudden two years later they say oh you could have long Covid. So any information would be greatly appreciated. I just need help.
Long lingering symptoms from Covid are frustrating and not well-understood. You may find more helpful resources by getting involved with the RECOVER Initiative (Researching COVID to Enhance Recovery).
