Can pink eye be a sign of Covid? I currently have Covid and traveled to Boston, Maine and Canada. The day after arriving to Boston I woke up with Pink Eye and have never had this before. About five days later I was starting to feel sick, two days after I bought a Covid test and it was negative. Five days after that still feeling sick I bought another test and it was positive. Did another today still positive.

There are reports of pink eye as one of the symptoms of Covid infection, it may be around 1-3% of infections. Typically, pink eye (or infectious conjunctivitis) is caused by an adenovirus infection, which is common for this time of year.  You may have had the infection with two viruses or maybe more (one of them being Covid), as there are multiple respiratory viral infections circulating right now (e.g., RSV, flu, and Covid).
