Why are you still requiring/mandating vaccines given the growing body of scientific evidence that the risks may outweigh benefits in most young healthy persons. Particularly at this stage of the pandemic.
Very few jurisdictions are “mandating” vaccination, please check this assumption. However, people are “recommended” to complete their annual influenza vaccination and, if eligible, complete a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccination.

What is the growing body of scientific evidence of risk with vaccination? There is a huge amount of scientific evidence for the harms of even a “mild” COVID-19 infection, such as delayed clotting, lower lung function, and various neuro-cognitive impairments.

During the winter season there are typically surges in respiratory viral infections (which include RSV, influenza, rhinoviruses, and other common cold viruses) and we should anticipate that SARS-CoV-2 virus transmission will also continue and perhaps peak again.  There continues to be an excessive amount of missed work hours/days, sick medical visits, hospitalizations, and deaths among young persons. Where do you personally draw the line between what you tolerate, and feel is risk outweighed by benefit? Is that what everyone in your community understands? I presume your community includes older adults, the immunocompromised, very young children, and people who may have different levels of risk adversity/tolerance.

Vaccination is only one of the key tools to continue to help your community and lower the detrimental effects of respiratory viral infections.  Staying home when ill is important. Wearing a mask when suspected of having an infection or during recovery is important. Improving the indoor air through ventilation and sanitation (filtration or germicidal UV light) can also be a significant measure to undertake.
