I am 55 years old, had COVID (likely Omicron) in early July, was boosted in mid-May. Should I get the new booster now or wait until it gets a little cooler and we will be spending more time inside. I read on CNN yesterday that one should wait 3 months from the last COVD to get a booster. What would be the ideal/sequencing timing of this booster and the flu vaccine?
I would get vaccinated no later than the end of October 2022. I would also advise that annual influenza vaccination be scheduled at the same time as Covid vaccination, if possible.
