My wife was positive for covid with symptoms. 8/05 marked Day 6 of the 10 days of wearing a mask. I am testing daily and have been negative so far, also wearing a mask, and minimizing contact. How many days do I need to test before I can consider myself safe from having contracted it from her?

I recommend continuing quarantine and the wearing of well-fitting masks when out of the home during the time when you could be infected from a household contact (in this instance, your wife). The duration of being wary and wearing of the mask outside the home is 5 days after the last person in the household (in this instance, your wife) tests negative for Covid with an at-home rapid antigen test.
