Can someone who just recovered from covid a couple days ago be a carry of the virus if their family members now have covid? The family members got covid from the first family member but he is now recovered.

Symptomatic recovery from Covid may not necessarily mean that a person is no longer shedding viruses. I would favor that the entire family continue isolation (or strict masking when in public indoor spaces) until the last person in the family has recovered and tested negative with an at-home rapid antigen test. The negative at-home rapid antigen test will be the most objective measure to indicate lack of infectiousness with viruses.
