I have been home testing with positive results for 14 days. Do I continue to isolate until I get a negative test result? 2. I received the J&J Covid vaccination on 04/08/21. Then I received the Pfizer vaccination on 12/08/21 . Should I now have another Pfizer vaccination?

A positive at-home rapid antigen test suggests that you are still infectious for the virus. Some people have been continuously infectious (shedding virus without full resolution) for > 6months, these were immunocompromised persons but the point is that some people may take much longer to resolve the infection and continue to be infectious during that prolonged time.  This is very rare but does happen. So, I would continue to maintain isolation while still antigen test positive.
