I recently was infected with Covid and received a monoclonal antibody treatment, Bebtelovimab. I am 72 years old and only had one booster(9/30/21). I was told that I need to wait 90 days for my second booster. Should I be concerned about waning immunity, needing to wait so long, knowing that a surge is likely soon?

The most recent CDC guidelines state that vaccination (or booster doses) do not need to be delayed following receipt of monoclonal antibody therapy.  I would wait at least 2 weeks or until your current infection has completely resolved, but there is no need to wait for 90 days.
