I have question regarding the Moderna Covid 19 vaccine and those that are moderately to severely immuno-compromised. If someone did not receive their third full dose of the Moderna vaccine but rather a booster (half dose), when they become eligible for a fourth dose should they take a full dose or another booster?

If I understood the question correctly, this moderate-severely immunocompromised person received a third dose of vaccine at the half-dose and not the recommended full-dose. This could only happen with Moderna vaccine.  Despite this possible vaccination dosage error, this person should be eligible to receive a fourth dose of an mRNA vaccine (either Pfizer or Moderna) after 5 months from the receipt of the last (third) dose of vaccine.
