Do Covid patients whose first symptom is diarrhea usually have the worst diarrhea possible? I suspect food poisoning (nothing but watery discharge for me, my two daughters are also vomiting) but am concerned that this could be the onset of Covid. Or perhaps Covid diarrhea is not usually this bad this quickly?
This scenario sounds like food-borne illness rather than Covid.
