Should pregnant women get the COVID booster shot if they have already had their two doses back in January?

First, the vaccines have been shown to be safe in pregnant women with no risk to pregnancy. There is a much higher risk to the pregnancy if you get infected with SARS-CoV-2 compared to any risk from the vaccine. Recent research has shown there is reduced antibody levels by 8 months after vaccination, and when pregnant you become immunocompromised. We would recommend getting a booster when available.
