Hey, My father recently received his first dose of Russian sputnik vaccine. Since this kind of vaccine are not based on mRNA technology. Is he needs to be considered as a contagious patient infected with the illness. Meaning that he can transmit it to others?
He is not infectious with the Sputnik vaccine.
