I am fully vaccinated, but my parents are not. As of right now, they are refusing to get the vaccine. How safe is it for me to spend time with the two of them indoors without a mask?

The CDC advises that everyone wears masks when indoors and in close contact with unvaccinated people, especially those not in your immediate family.  If you are living with your parents and they are taking precautions when around other people, like wearing a mask and distancing, then the risk is lower compared to visiting family who is not taking all public health precautions.
