Why doesn't the SCOTUS decision on Presidential immunity, ' 鈥淐ongress cannot act on, and courts cannot examine, the President鈥檚 actions on subjects within his 鈥榗onclusive and preclusive鈥 constitutional authority,鈥 Roberts said, citing several landmark Supreme Court decisions.', apply to the President's daily activities regarding foreign policy and national security?
