The supreme court's ruling that presidents now have immunity from criminal prosecution for official duties, what is stopping a president from speaking in official proceedings, and through call to action, with loyalists and followers given perception of directive, crimes being committed in faith to that message, and those loyalists being pardoned by their leader? It creates a pipeline in which the leader cannot be prosecuted and saves his most extreme followers from justice by his other official powers to give pardons? Essentially a president can now state that 'X group is dangerous', followers of his can take action in criminal fashion, and then that president can pardon them for their crimes. No one is able to be prosecuted. What mechanisms are still in place that would prevent this from happening?

The short answer is that the president now has absolute immunity for crimes.  The Supreme Court felt that shutting down malicious prosecutions of presidents for official acts more important than ensuring criminal punishment for clear crimes.
