Did the authors of the Constitution ever contemplate an upper limit on the age of a president?

I can find no evidence of age restrictions.  Most people died in the eighteenth century long before substantial loss of mental abilities.  The 25th Amendment talks of medical issues, but enforcing that has proven to be difficult.
