A couple of good options...first of all a fall alarm if she does not have that already. Some connect to the local police/fire dept/911 to get help. the second thing is to get her engaged in doing as much physical activity as possible....EXERCISE is the key to fall prevention. The CDC has published a STEADI toolkit which is a fall prevention resource. There is a fall risk assessment and things to review in the home as possible fall hazards along with information on staying independent. Here is a link to the STEADI website:
