I am a 63 year old man.  I used to be 6'1' and just was just measured at 5' 11 3/4'.  I have two bulging disks in my lower back, so maybe that made me a little shorter?  Is there a way to slow down my getting shorter as I get older?

While there is no cure for the common thinning of discs in spine, he may want to ask whether he has risk for osteoporosis.  Men definitely can get it even at his age. We can treat that, and decrease risk of trouble worse than declining height.
