Íøºì±¬ÁÏ Children’s Hospital Receives Record $50 Million Gift from Tom Golisano to Advance Pediatric Care in Maryland
A landmark $50 million gift from entrepreneur, philanthropist, and civic leader Tom Golisano marks a defining moment for the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ Medical System (UMMS) and the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ, Baltimore (UMB).
As the largest philanthropic contribution ever to UMMS and UMB, this transformative investment will strengthen the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ Medical Center (UMMC) and the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ School of Medicine (UMSOM) as leaders in breakthrough science, education, and compassionate care. In tribute to this historic gift, the children’s hospital, located inside UMMC, becomes the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ Golisano Children’s Hospital.
