UMB's Robert Redfield Tapped to Head CDC
Robert Redfield, MD, co-founder of the Institute of Human Virology, has been director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In Dr. Redfield's first to CDC personnel, he promised to uphold science and data at the nation's pre-eminent public health agency.
