Thuy Langrill-Miles, JD
Staff Attorney
Thuy Langrill-Miles joined the UMB Office of University Counsel (OUC) as a staff attorney in 2024. Langrill-Miles works as a generalist, with a focus on student affiliation agreements, policies and practices, and discrimination and other grievances.
Prior to joining OUC as a staff attorney, Langrill-Miles served OUC as a law clerk for two years. She also served as a law clerk for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, Maryland Higher Education Commission unit.
Langrill-Miles received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a minor in Applied Psychology. She received her JD from the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ Carey School of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor on the Íøºì±¬ÁÏ Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class.
